I never received my “Forgot Password” email.

  • If you quickly request a password reset again, it will invalidate the link in the first request.
  • Wait a few minutes before trying again. The emails send out instantly but sometimes take a while to bounce around networks and make it to your inbox.
  • Also check your spam/junk folders for an email from membership@cccmi.net.
  • You can also try adding membership@cccmi.net to your address book, then request the password reset again (after waiting a few minutes and checking your junk/spam folder).
